    Branch Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • Winock Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our Abuja branch.
    • The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share.
    • This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and team management.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Team Leadership:

    • Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear performance objectives for team members and provide regular feedback.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

    Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics.
    • Manage budgets and resources allocated for sales activities.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
    • Knowledge of the Lagos market and its dynamics.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N250,000 / month
    • Net plus commission on sales.
