Beach and Lounge Manager at King Fisher Africa Limited

Location: Satellite, Lagos

Responsibilties

• Oversee the operations of the beach program and staff to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
• Prevent accidents through enforcement of policies, rules, regulations and ordinances governing the conduct of persons at the beach. Enforces order and discipline.
• Daily inspections of beach, beach house, park, slides, etc.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well-staffed during peak hours.
• Planning and taking part in promotional events.

Requirements

• HND / BSc or an equivalent Degree.
• 2 - 3 years’ work experience.
• Restaurant, beach and lounge management experience is generally preferred.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must reside around Satellite, Abule-Ado, Volks and environs.
