Bartender / Mixologist at Culminate Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines & beverages
• Manage bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area
• Provide excellent guest service
• Develop new cocktail recipes and support promotions
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field
• 2–3 years bartending/mixology experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails & mixology techniques
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented & able to multitask
• Fast-paced environment readiness

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦130,000 (net)
