Job Description:

• A reputable hospitality business in Surulere is looking for a neat, energetic, and service-focused Barman/Lady to join the team. The ideal candidate will mix and serve drinks, attend to customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Welcome and attend to customers politely.
• Take and process drink orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Handle payments and balance sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for replenishment.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support general lounge/restaurant service when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of drink mixing (cocktails, mocktails) is an advantage.
• Must be friendly, honest, and well-presented.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
