Banquet Hall Officer at Chrisvirgy Homes

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate event setup according to layouts (theatre, classroom, round table, etc.)
• Supervise banquet staff during service and ensure proper grooming and service standards
• Liaise with kitchen for food timing, presentation, and special dietary requests
• Coordinate with engineering for AV, lighting, and technical support
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of banquet halls before and after events
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues during events
• Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth flow
• Support billing accuracy and post-event reporting
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
