B2B Marketing & Communications Manager at Cormart Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication:

• Creation of product awareness
• Development of content on the intranet for staff engagement through product briefings
• Management of content on all internal communication platforms.
• Creation and publishing of monthly company newsletter
• External Communication:
• Preparation of content for publications
• Updating of Cormart webpage content

Corporate Marketing:

• Periodically producing and distributing customer newsletters
• Creating and managing events and trade fair calendars
• Advising and directing communications overseeing trade fair stands
• Updating company presentations
• Preparation and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys
• Events & Special Projects:
• Collaborate with the HR Department to develop and co-ordinate end-of-the-year events and other company events

Social Media:

• Management of all social media accounts of Cormart.
• Create and manage content for the company to drive increase audience engagement.
• B2C Product Marketing:
• Preparation and oversight of product awareness activities for selected Cormart and Chi Farms products
• Support of marketing activities for retail products, on a case-by-case basis

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Mass Communications, Journalism, English, Linguistics or any of the Social Sciences
• Five years post NYSC experience
• Previous experience in marketing communication or public relations
• Industry Knowledge
