Remuneration: ₦120,000 Gross Monthly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Associate Training Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, managing participant records, and ensuring the effective execution of both virtual and physical training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programmes, workshops, and seminars.
• Support the development and review of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Coordinate participant registrations, training schedules, and logistics.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide administrative support during physical training programmes.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and evaluation results.
• Monitor training effectiveness by collecting and analysing participant feedback.
• Liaise with facilitators, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of training activities.
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
• Prepare training reports and other related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a related role.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Applicants must reside within proximity to Isolo, Lagos.
