Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities of an Associate Pharmacist include:

• Regularly monitors local competition and shares LS implications
• Regularly monitors customer feedback and shares LS implications

Demonstrates ability to support business' financial performance

• Achieves and maintains high customer satisfaction levels
• Proposes and drives sales initiatives
• Proposes and drives marketing initiatives

Demonstrates ability to support product/inventory management effectively

• Maintains reasonable stock coverage levels
• Ensures staff follow agreed stock monitoring processes
• Proactively researches and proposes products for selection / deselection
• Proposes and drives product promotion initiatives

Demonstrates ability to support effective team

• Supports overall team well-being
• Coaches Sales Associates to boost their skills

Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively

• Contributes effectively in meetings and email conversations
• Punctually attends to meetings & responds to important emails

Demonstrates ability to preserve store infrastructure & security

• Maintains store cleanliness and attractiveness
• Maintains store hardware and equipment in good order
• Ensures all appropriate security measures are followed
• Supports in any other area where her assistance is required, e.g. on strategic
• initiatives

Qualifications

• Bsc in Pharmacy or any related feild
• 2-3years pharma sales experience
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be technically inclined and observant
