Job Summary

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to support our product management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for marketing. This role will provide exposure to both market-facing and office-based responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Spend 50% of your time in the market to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Product Launch: Help in planning and executing product launches, coordinating between teams to ensure successful product introduction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements and updates.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide product-related support.

Requirements
Education Qualifications

• Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Should Have a postgraduate degree in Marketing.

Experience:

• Fresh Marketing graduates
• Previous experience in product management or marketing will be an added advantage.
