Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the resort’s brand and services.
• Support the marketing team in creating compelling content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and our website.
• Coordinate and oversee the resort’s online presence, including managing social media accounts and website content updates.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to guide marketing decisions.
• Help organize and execute promotional events, media campaigns, and partnerships with influencers and media outlets.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or assistant marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
