    Assistant Manager – Operations & General Services

    Role Overview

    • The Assistant Manager – Operations & General Services will be responsible for overseeing daily agency operations, managing office facilities, and ensuring seamless execution of general administrative services. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, improving processes, and supporting our high-performing teams.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operations & Process Management

    • Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow and team efficiency.
    • Implement and optimise processes to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on agency operations.
    • Support project management teams in resource allocation, scheduling, and execution tracking.

    General Services & Office Management

    • Ensure the seamless running of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
    • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
    • Oversee workplace safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Handle logistics for internal meetings, team events, and corporate engagements.

    People & Culture Support

    • Assist HR with onboarding, team engagement activities, and internal communication.
    • Support leadership in fostering a high-performance company culture.
    • Manage external partners, freelancers, and agency suppliers.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Experience: 3+ years in operations, administration, or office management (preferably in a marketing, creative, or fast-paced corporate environment).
    • Skills: Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive solutions.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
