Assistant General Manager (Manufacturing) at Apple and Pears Limited

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the General manager and plan company policies.
• Implement safety rules and policies and make the work environment better for employees.
• Develop and execute business plans for growth and revenue of the organization.
• Report financial, administration and business matters to the General manager.
• Delegate work to mid-level mangers and supervisor-level employees.
• Conduct meetings of other executives and board members for issues related to general operations.
• Review financial statements, sales reports, and draft plans for generating revenue.
• Develop, review, and reshuffle daily production plans as needed.
• Ensure adequate staff for business operations while keeping costs at minimal.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification
• Proven success in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of working experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skill.
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
