Job Overview

Work directly with the founder or CEO of YellowDoor Hotels to turn priorities into finished work. You’ll protect their time, keep decisions moving and find better ways to work in a fast-moving boutique hotel business.

Gross monthly pay is ₦200,000–₦400,000.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and sort competing priorities.
• Coordinate the CEO’s schedule and follow up on decisions.
• Turn loosely defined priorities into projects with clear next steps.
• Chase commitments across teams until work is complete.
• Test useful technology and make effective improvements stick.
