    Assistant Business Manager

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office Business Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Office Business Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Office Business Manager in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • You must have people management experience.
    • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
    • Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and expense records.
    • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
    • Assist in implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
    • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the Office Business Manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
