Asset / Portfolio Investment Officer at Digital Space Capital

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Asset / Portfolio Investment Officer to support the management of client investment portfolios, conduct investment research, identify profitable investment opportunities, and ensure portfolios are managed in line with clients' investment objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client investment portfolios to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and economic reviews to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment recommendations, portfolio reviews, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and capital market activities to support investment decisions.
• Support portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation in line with approved investment strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely investment updates and advisory support.
• Ensure all investment activities comply with SEC regulations, investment mandates, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with  Business Development and Relationship Management teams to support client acquisition and retention.
• Prepare investment presentations and reports for Management and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and investment compliance requirements.
• Experience managing investment portfolios and preparing investment reports will be an added advantage.
