    Ads / Growth and Marketing Manager

    Role Overview

    • Merging the worlds of advertising and growth marketing, this role is for a visionary who can design compelling ad campaigns while strategizing for long-term growth.
    • You'll be both the architect and the storyteller, crafting our message and ensuring it reaches the right audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Integrated Strategy Development: Create cohesive growth and advertising strategies that intertwine organic growth tactics with paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
    • Campaign Creation & Management: Design, deploy, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn.
    • Budget Oversight: Allocate, manage, and optimize the marketing and ad spend budget to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Audience Engagement: Employ precision targeting to connect with individuals looking for career coaching, immigration insights, and study abroad opportunities.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with content creators, designers, and other departments to produce compelling visuals, ad copy, and marketing content.
    • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to consistently monitor and analyze growth metrics and ad performance: present insights and actionable strategies to senior management.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest digital advertising and growth marketing trends. Adapt and innovate our strategies accordingly.
    • Customer Insights: Dive deep into customer behavior, feedback, and market needs to refine and pivot strategies for better resonance and conversion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising and growth marketing, preferably within the coaching or educational domain.
    • Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising, YouTube Ads and other growth hacking tools.
    • Strong skills set in Video editing and Graphics design is an advantage
    • Strong analytical prowess with the ability to translate data into growth strategies.
    • Innate creativity paired with a results-driven mindset.
    • Deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations of those seeking career guidance, immigration advice, and global education.
