Job role
Responsible for the publication of Green Africa’s documentation
Performing the initial steps of developing amendment highlights in conjunction with the manual owners
Carrying out necessary changes to achieve manual amendment or reissue
Uploading of web or printing of all manuals which may require amendments or reissue for distribution
Ensuring that the revision status of the manual/documents is in agreement with that of the manufacturers, vendors and Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority
Ensuring prompt dispatch and safe delivery of revisions to manuals and accurate incorporation of such revisions into Green Africa’s manuals
Maintaining a concise and comprehensive list of all technical documents held at Green Africa and their location
Responsible for the distribution of manuals and amendments to manual owners on the distribution list
Must be a holder of a diploma or degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering; or must have held a Cabin Crew license or must have held a Flight Dispatcher license or must have held a Commercial Pilot License
Must be conversant with Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority Requirement and organizational requirements and procedures
Must have worked in a commercial or private airline for at least 3 years
Must hold an Auditor qualification
Job role
Ensure communication and coordination with operational gLeads in the management of operational risks
Implement the requirements of Civil Aviation Regulations and all associated airworthiness requirements in flight operations
identified through audits conducted on the organization are corrected within the stipulated time
Advising flight operations department on the best ways to fulfill the requirements of the Authority and industry best practice
Communicate regularly with operational gLeads within the organization, subcontracted organization and suppliers on the requirements and implementation of the quality management system and safety management system desired goals
Monitor flight operations organization’s compliance with Civil Aviation Regulations
Implement Quality Audit Program to meet company goals and regulatory authority requirements
Administer the program and establishing a follow up system for discrepancies observed during audit activities
Collect and analyze operational flight data and reports to identify needed improvement in training, IOCC and crew performance
Monitor dispatch, flight crew and cabin crew for currency of medicals, licenses, competency and simulator training currency
Monitor flight & duty periods for flight dispatchers, flight crew and cabin crew to check to ensure crew operate within regulatory limits and manage fatigue risk
Monitor flight operations sub-contractors and suppliers for performance in accordance with Green Africa standards
