    Administrative Officer

    Job Role: Administrative Officer:

    We Are A Non-Profit Technical Vocational Training Company, That Seeks An Administrative Officer To Perform All Administrative And Clerical Duties Necessary For Effective Office Management.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Organize And Oversee All Administrative And Clerical Functions To Ensure Our Operations Run As Efficiently As Possible. Should Be Able To Demonstrate Exceptional Organizational And Time Management Skills To Complete All Duties In A Timely Manner.


    • Perform General Duties To Include, But Are Not Limited To: Photocopying, Mailing, Binding, And Filing; Screening Telephone Calls, Handling Inquiries, Receiving All Visitors, And Providing General Support.
    • Handle The Registration And Admission Process Of Trainees.
    • Input And Update Data Like Trainees’ Information On The School’s Database Software.
    • Ensure That The Office Is Kept Clean At All Times And Ensure Office Orderliness And Professional Appearance. Maintain The Office Condition And Arrange For Necessary Repairs.
    • Ensure Office Supplies Are Maintained, Including Checking Inventory And Working With Vendors To Ensure Adequate Levels Of Necessary Supplies At All Times.
    • Coordinate Schedules, Arrange Meetings, Distribute Memos And Reports And Ensure That Everyone Is Kept Current On Necessary Company News And Information.
    • Ensure Functionality Of Necessary Office Equipment, And Requisition New Equipment And Supplies As Needed
    • Attend Meetings And Record Minutes For Managers And Senior-Level Officers
    • Organize Administrative And Logistical Aspects Of Office Activities And Events, Including Workshops, And Meetings, And Book The Meeting Rooms Accordingly.
    • Ensure That Relevant Data Regarding Admin Are Kept Confidential And Only Communicated To Relevant Stakeholders.
    • Any Other Duties That May Be Reasonably Assigned By Management.

    Qualifications And Requirements:

    • BSc. In Business Administration Or Any Related Field.
    • A Minimum Of Three Years Experience As An Office Administrator, Administrative Office Or Any Related Field.
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Good Organization, Time Management, And Scheduling Skills
    • Able To Multitask Effectively And Meet Tight Deadlines
    • Good Interpersonal And Problem Solving Skills
    • Attention To Detail And Be Able To Work Independently And Error-Free In A Fast-Paced Environment.
    • Energetic, Proactive Approach To Work.
