    Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    • A reputable investment firm in Ikoyi is hiring a smart, and experienced Female Administrative Assistant to take on the role of Administrative and front desk functions, with the added opportunity to support HR functions.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree (required)
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative roles
    • Good physical appearance, smart, and well-composed
    • Must be flexible, adaptable, and hardworking
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Friendly, receptive, and team-oriented personality
    • Interest in Human Resources support is a strong advantage
    • Must be able to commute to Ikoyi and work full-time (Mon–Fri).
