Admin Quality Controller at Eden Solutions and Resources

A reputable company within Abuja requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join its workforce as an ADMIN QUALITY CONTROLLER.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• The admin quality controller receives the goods as per the invoice of the supplier and the PO and starts checking quantities, expiry dates and Quality.
• After confirmation is finished, products are to be held in the receiving area to be confirmed by the Store Manager.
• After the Store Manager's confirmation, the invoice should be signed, and items become ready to be put on the system.
• The Admin Quality Controller then inserts the quantities on SAP using the SAP software.

Summarily, the Admin Quality Controller is responsible for:

• Receiving stock.
• Confirming expiry dates
• Adding products to system
• Maintaining expiry date file on the internal database (i.e. the SAP System).

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant work experience (Quality control work experience is an added advantage)
• Ability to use Microsoft office packages
• Attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Salary (Gross): NGN 120,000
