    Admin / Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the scheduling and coordination of staff and equipment
    • Ensuring that all orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
    • Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
    • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and financial reports
    • Overseeing inventory management and supply ordering
    • Managing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
    • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
    • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
