    Admin/HR Assistant

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with employees and external parties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
    • Communicate with employees, management, and external parties, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
    • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and conducting background checks. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Provide support with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, and other benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to employment, benefits, and employee relations.
    • Assist with special projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and other HR-related projects.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
