We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Support Officer in the oil and gas industry.
This role is critical in providing efficient support to the accounts payable function and ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.
Requirement For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable support or a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas sector
Familiarity with accounting software like SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Possession of an ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) certification is an added advantage
