    Accounts Clerk/Accounts Officer

    The Candidate will play a key role overseeing the Accounts and Operations function, providing exceptional accounting, operations and administration services to the company.

    Job Description

    • Daily reconciliation of payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
    • Making and posting of bank transactions;
    • Working on expense claims of employees;
    • Maintains list of vendors and its Master data;
    • Accounting System updates;
    • Daily reconciliation of bank statements with transaction dockets, purchases and sales schedules
    • General Ledger reconciliation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliation reports
    • Supporting month end process

    Qualifications

    • HND, OND, AAT Preferably
    • 1-2 years of experience
    • Basic knowledge of accounts reconciliation and accounting principles

    • Ability to identify errors

    • Ability to work with deadlines
    • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills including MS excel
    • Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Knowledge of double entry principles

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
