Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounts receivable operations, customer reconciliations, debtor aging analysis, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare debtor aging reports and support debt collection.
• Calculate monthly incentives and analyse CRM data.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash flow.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP accounting software, and CRM platforms.
• Strong experience in bank reconciliation, customer account reconciliation, debtor aging analysis, and monthly incentive calculations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership potential and willingness to pursue relevant ICAN professional qualifications.
