Job Summary:

• The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Accountant who will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company. 
• The successful candidate will prepare, examine and analyze accounting records and financial reports, track invoices, prepare tax returns, account payable and receivable in order to ensure accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, budget, and reports for internal and external use.
• Manage the company’s financial records and transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle payroll processing and tax fillings.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Collaborate with team members to budget and fore financial.
• Stay updated with tax laws, industry regulations, and best accounting practices.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as an accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, integrity, and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
