Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Reviewing customers’ credit status and flagging non-performing accounts
• Reviewing receipts from customers and ensuring that correct invoices were treated,
• Dealing with queries on customers’ payment and/or outstanding
• Recommending recalcitrant customers for legal action
• Working with RCS to ensure customers’ pay on time
• Prepare and analyze account receivable reports and report any risk foreseen
• Monitor banks transactions relating to accounts receivables so as to advise RCS and Sales team to be able to generate CRR
• Generating cash management records
• Monitor banks transactions with respect to payments to ensure that no unauthorized payment goes through the company’s banks accounts and bank charges are in line with bank agreements
• Prepare liquidity and cash flow report monthly
• Liaise with the banks on processing of importation forms, letters etc.
• Search for best investments (Treasury Bills of Fixed Deposits) and rates and with banks and execute investments instructions
• Ensure smooth relationship between the Company and banking partners
• Monitor the group payables and intercompany balances and prepare payments related to the settlement of group trade payables
• Preparation of monthly banks reconciliation statements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND Accounting, Finance or Economics with 5-7 years’ experience
• Preferred age: 27 – 35 years
• The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
• Completed NYSC scheme and must be a Chartered Accountant
• Desirables – analytical mind, willingness to learn new things and readiness to stretch self as need arises.
• High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Successful candidates must be willing to work in Port Harcourt, Warri, or Kaduna.
