Account Officer at Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals Limited

Job Responsibilties

• Record daily financial transactions (receipt, payment, journals)
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and cash books regularly
• Prepare customer account reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifictaions & Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• 0 - 2 years relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ( eg, Tally, Sage and Quickbooks).
