    Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications via email and SMS. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with campaign results.
    • Team Management: Oversee and collaborate with a team of creatives and ad buyers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
    • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and are optimized for success.
    • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns, providing timely updates and strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
    • Report Generation: Produce and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
    • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media strategies.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Client Satisfaction: High levels of client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and successful campaign management.
    • Optimized Campaigns: Paid media campaigns are continually optimized, leading to improved performance and client ROI.
    • Efficient Team Management: Smooth coordination and management of creative and ad-buying teams, resulting in timely and effective campaign execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Marketing Knowledge: General understanding of marketing principles and paid media strategies.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic direction for paid media campaigns, knowing when to adjust tactics for optimal performance.
    • Team Oversight: Experience managing and collaborating with creative and ad buying teams.
    • Client Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
    • Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks in a virtual environment
