Account Clerk at Shelter Setters Aluminium & Expert Nig Ltd

Job Responsibilities

• Account reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Administrative support: Performing general administrative tasks like sorting mail and responding to vendor or client inquiries.
• Record keeping: Posting financial transactions, organizing financial documents, and maintaining accounting databases.
• Transaction processing: Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling payments and deposits.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 2 years experience.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and general computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
