    Academic Sales & Marketing Executive

    • This role is for high-flyers who are punctual, ambitious, results-driven, tech-savvy, and relentless in pursuit of success. If you have strong IT and social media marketing skills, a deep understanding of both the UK and Nigerian education systems, and a passion for helping students access global education opportunities, we want you on our team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Student Enrollment & Sales – Promote LABS’ A-Level, IT, Healthcare, Data Science, and Business Diplomas, leading students to UK universities without JAMB.
    • Develop & Execute High-Impact Marketing Strategies – Plan and implement digital campaigns, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
    • Lead Social Media & Digital Outreach – Use SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive engagement and conversion.
    • School & Corporate Engagement – Develop strong partnerships with secondary schools, universities, corporate organizations, and professional bodies.
    • Consulting & Career Advising – Guide students and parents through academic choices, UK university pathways, and job-ready courses.
    • Business Development & Lead Generation – Identify new markets, close high-value deals, and drive corporate training partnerships.
    • Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets with a high-energy, go-getter attitude.
    • CRM & Lead Management – Track and manage leads effectively, ensuring high conversion rates.

    Key Requirements:

    • A high-flyer with an unstoppable drive for success.
    • Excellent understanding of UK & Nigerian education systems (TNE, university pathways, admission processes).
    • Proven sales & marketing experience (preferably in education, IT, or Executive business training).
    • Strong IT & digital marketing skills (SEO, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, CRM tools).
    •  Experience of ASANA, Hotspot, Salesforce, MS TEAMS, Office 365, Business Suite, ITsavvy
    • Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
    • Experience in corporate engagement & B2B sales.
    • A go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset & resilience under pressure.
    • Fluent in English (ability to speak multiple Nigerian languages is an advantage).
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
