The tender document including the list of items, criteria for supply, and terms and conditions of the agreement can be obtained between 9:00AM to 5:00PM from 9 May 2018 to 16 May 2018 from the Street Child Nigeria office. Samples may also be viewed at this time.
Sealed tenders should be submitted to Street Child Nigeria by email, post or in person at the Street Child Nigeria office on or before 5:00 PM on 16 May 2018. Sealed tenders must be supported by a Company profile, VAT and TIN number, bank statements for six months prior. Sealed tenders that are not supported by the specified documentation will be disqualified.
Sealed tenders will be opened by the Street Child of Nigeria Purchase Committee at 04:00 PM on 21 May 2018 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
Street Child Nigeria reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any or all sealed tenders without reason.
