Head of Sales and Marketing at Stratagem Energy Management Company Limited

Job Description
The preferred candidate will:

• Provide high level advice to the CEO and Corporate Management Team on all aspects of marketing and sales,
• Facilitate target driven performance and Sales Scorecard management,
• Provide leadership and Coordinate the activities of Sales Executives including adequate support to achieve their predetermined target.
• Conduct training's on Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

• This role requires a First degree.
• A second degree and certification in marketing will be an added advantage.
• Between 5-10 years relevant work experience with advanced/extensive knowledge and mastery of relevant theories, principles and complex techniques gained through broad experience or special development.
• Experience in Engineering related organization will also be an added advantage.
