HR/Admin Assistant at GZ Industries

Job Description

• Regular update and documentation of HR and Admin files
• Assist with managing employee requests
• Updating and keeping proper records of regulatory documents
• Managing staff attendance system and records
• Submitting required reports and records to regulatory agencies
• Assist with coordination of internal learning and development interventions
• Assist with coordination of the recruitment and selection of staff
• Assist in managing the admin store.

Job Requirement:

• 2 Years relevant experience
• OND in any social science or business related course
• Basic reading, writing, and some advanced arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Excellent attitude and work ethics required.
• Passion for Human Resources management & Administration
