    Inside Sales Support Officer

    Job Brief

    • Are you energetic and well-spoken? Can you smile in the face of adversity and talk to anyone?
    • We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Support staff.
    • The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
    • You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and increasing revenue.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    • Provide relevant data and reports to help sales tem.
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects
    • Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge
    • Provide follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales.
    • Maintains database (Excel, etc.) of debtors and follow up for recovery.
    • Manage our social media

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers with a high level of confidence.
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
    • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
    • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred
    • First degree from a recognized university
