American Physical Therapy and Wellness Centre, A specialist centre is currently recruiting for the role of head of operations located in Lagos

Job Summary

• Oversee the departments of physiotherapy and elder care services in each of the center
• Execute the expansion plans and roll out new therapy centers
• Responsible for day to day operations of the centers
• Responsible for implementation and compliance of care delivery processes and center agent

Competency and Skills Requirements

Critical Characteristics

• Previou experience in working with SME businesses
• Ability to understand retail roll out
• Ability to develop, monitor, adapt and monitor processes and quality standards
• Someone not concerned with hierarchy and ready to roll up sleeves
• Has a Project Manager mindset, can lead and monitor project execution

Supervisory Skills
Have previously led a team in an industry such as retail, FMCG or healthcare
Client relations

Minimum Qualifications
Masters or B. Sc. in Health Sciences or Health Care Administration or related Medical Field
Minimum of 57 years’ operational experience in an industry that focuses on customer experience, retail, spa/gym.
