    Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee depot/warehouse operations
    • Manage trucks, drivers, and dispatch
    • Monitor stock levels & reconciliation
    • Ensure timely delivery to customers
    • Prepare daily stock/sales reports
    • Lead staff and enforce operational standards

    Requirements

    • Experience in cement distribution, building materials, logistics, or FMCG is an added advantage
    • Strong leadership & communication skills
    • Good knowledge of depot/warehouse operations
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Hausa language proficiency is an added advantage
    • Must be ready to resume immediately
    • Experience with Dangote/BUA/Lafarge distribution is an added advantage
