Green House Sales Manager

Core Responsibility
- Drive and lead sales of Green House kit products Nation wide
- Ensure that the annual budget/target for the Green House is achieved
- Manage a team (made up on agronomists, technicians and a few sales persons)
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Interface with the Original Product Manufacturers on any warranty or product related issue.
- Coordinate importation of greenhouse supplies (seeds and other agro inputs)
- Managing both inhouse and outsourced human resources
Core Requirement
- A minimum of 5years Managerial Experience.
- Knowledge of Green House technology, i.e. Sustainable agricultural solutions and able to deliver leading presentation to Customers.
- The incumbent must be willing to embark on regular travels in Nigeria.
