    Green House Sales Manager

    Core Responsibility

    • Drive and lead sales of Green House kit products Nation wide
    • Ensure that the annual budget/target for the Green House is achieved
    • Manage a team (made up on agronomists, technicians and a few sales persons)
    • Report directly to the Managing Director
    • Interface with the Original Product Manufacturers on any warranty or product related issue.
    • Coordinate importation of greenhouse supplies (seeds and other agro inputs)
    • Managing both inhouse and outsourced human resources

    Core Requirement

    • A minimum of 5years Managerial Experience.
    • Knowledge of Green House technology, i.e. Sustainable agricultural solutions and able to deliver leading presentation to Customers.
    • The incumbent must be willing to embark on regular travels in Nigeria.
