    Operations Manager

    Job Details

    • We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments while maintaining excellent guest service standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
    • Ensure coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance
    • Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction
    • Handle operational issues and guest complaints
    • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
    • Monitor staff performance, productivity, and manpower requirements
    • Prepare operational reports and management updates
    • Support revenue growth and efficient resource utilization
    • Lead operational meetings and staff briefings

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel operations management
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
    • Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards

    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
    • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
    • Handle confidential information professionally
    • Coordinate communication between the MD and stakeholders
    • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up
    • Organize executive meetings, events, and logistics

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
    • Professional and detail-oriented demeanor.
