Candidate must possess a degree in any of the Social Sciences or related subjects from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. Or a Diploma in Social Development and Adult Education from a recognized institution plus at least Six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience. Or a Certificate of Education with specialization in social studies or equivalent qualification plus at least three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
