Human Resources Consultant at Fadac Resources

Our client is a dynamic consulting firm and are about to embark on a major project within the south –south region. They are currently in need of a HR consultant for duration of six weeks.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The HR Consultant is accountable to manage HR Strategy for the provision of high-level human resource management advice and consultancy services to our client. The incumbent will develop and implement HR strategies, and provide strategic input to HR management issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support and implement effective recommendations on the design and development of assigned Human Resource functional areas, encompassing various programs relating to job description, job specification and job analysis  which will  be used in the project’s assessment.
• Prepare Job Descriptions; conduct Job Analysis.
• Provide project support by implementing Competency Matrices, identifying Career ladders, and gap identification processes.
• Administer/ supervise questionnaires to staff which will be used in collating data for the project.
• To conduct comprehensive project research which will be used in the preparation of report.
• Assist with data evaluation and writing of project report.
• Assist with provision of training interventions.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

• Designing Competency / Skill Matrices, Procedure Manuals related to the same- Expert
• Job Description Interviews, Job Analysis & Evaluation- Expert
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised or as a member of a team with a demonstrated commitment to customer service, business improvement, excellence and quality.
• Minimum of 5years Experience

COMPUTER LITERACY/ TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

• SPSS – Used for performing analysis on Survey details
• Must be an expert in MS Word, Excel,  and all other MS Office Suite Applications
