Job Summary and Purpose

• Responsible for implementing the Groups earning initiative (including elearns) by implementing best- practice training to deliver requisite knowledge, skills for business growth and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and functions of Learning Administrators and Coordinators.
• Development of Training needs analysis and annual development plan
• Identifying personnel and supervisors who are in in need of additional training.
• Development of inhouse training courses and faculty development

Qualifications

• Minimum of a good first degree in Humanities or Social Science.
• In pursuit of relevant-HR certifications such as NITAD / CIPD/SHRM
• Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, 2 if which must be in a supervisory role.
