    PreSales Solution Partner

    Job description
    About the role

    • Pre-Sales support for Africa Sales team across Network and other BU solutions to multinational customers
    • Building solutions across multiple domains and solution blocks
    • Customer facing engagement
    • Internal engagement to Sales and central teams
    • Build technical solutions and documentation
    • Proposal generation - RFP
    • Strong focus on governance and process
    • Support of Order to Bill where required

    About you

    • Hands on Low-Level Design
    • Customer workshop facilitation
    • Crisis management
    • Working under pressure
    • Experience working with and designing RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing protocols
    • Reasonable commercial acumen
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • “can do”, customer-focused attitude
    • Team Player
    • Good Presentation skills
    • Ability to engage customers, understand issues and pain points in their ICT environment and map these to solution from Orange Business Services
    • Able to work independently and with rigour and speed
    • Creative and can take initiative and be pro active
    • Able to manage Technical bid workstreams and contribute to large and complex bid programs
    • Ability to write compelling technical documentation

    Additional information
    Training

    • Cisco CCNP
    • TOGAF/ ITIL advantageous
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or IT field
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • French advantageous

    Experience

    • 5 – 10 years experience
    • Previous experience in the Pre Sales and Networking area
    • Strong generalist understanding of Microsoft, Fortinet and other industry vendors
    • Strong understanding on MPLS and building multinational Network Solution
    • VoIP understanding
    • Design, Build and Manage experience
    • Understanding of ITIL and operational support requirements for Enterprise customers
    • Understanding of the Africa Telecoms and regulatory environment.
    • Understanding of the Africa competitive landscape for Enterprise Telco services
