Head, Employability at Box and Cedar

Job Description:

• Develop and ensure the delivery of the employability strategy covering: Developing training and skill acquisition plan/agenda and ensure effective implementation
• Design and develop programs and schemes for target beneficiaries
• Identify target beneficiaries for the employability scheme and engage beneficiaries
• Build and maintain a network of employers to support the employability initiatives
• Identify and engage corporate partners and skill acquisition partners for job placement and skill enhancement
• Develop, implement and monitor key employability projects and programs, ensuring effective roll out and distil key learning’s
• Monitor and track performance of delivery partners and distill improvement areas
• Conduct periodic reporting of progress with the initiatives

Minimum Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience of working in career advisory or HR firm
• Good understanding of the labour market
• 7 years minimum experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both written and Oral)
• Excellent project Management Skills
• Possess sound interviewing and vocational guidance skills
