Details:
- Our client is a reputable specialty bakery café serving cakes, food, drinks, ice creams and more.
Duties:
- Opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times
- Setting up and managing the café each day
- Attending team, front of house and staff meetings as appropriate
- Willingness to attend training as appropriate
- Cash handling, float management and till reconciliation daily
- Staff training
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Bar/Lounge/Café
