Regional Technical Administrator at Swiz-tech Nigeria Limited

Job Description

• Ensure all administrative roles assigned to you by your manager are carried out
• Ensure accurate records of resources in the region
• Ensure accurate records of assets assigned to each and every resource in your region
• Root Cause Analyses(RCA) preparation for 2G and 3G to Field Maintenance Engineers (FME)
• Compiling network field and performance reports for the region.
• Distribution of work tools to FMEs
• Arrange meetings on behalf of technical team and where appropriate, attend meeting to take minutes
• Liaise with the Technical Team and ensure they receive all incoming post
• Reconciliation of regional expenses on concur.
• Liaise with the Central Team on behalf of your manager and resources
• Ensure proper upkeep of facilities in the regional office
• Liaise with REFM on restocking of office supplies
• Generating reports as requested by FOM and Central Team(Must be good with Excel)
• Escalation on administrative issues through the proper channels.
• Follow up on resolution of escalations.
