Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Character Developer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and animating characters and objects for our projects.
• You will work closely with our design and product development teams to bring our characters and environments to life, ensuring they align with the overall vision of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Character Design and Development:

• Create highly detailed and visually appealing 3D character models based on concept art and project requirements.
• Develop character rigs for animation, ensuring smooth and realistic movement.
• Collaborate with concept artists, designers, and developers to refine character designs.

3D Animation:

• Animate characters, creatures, and objects, bringing them to life with realistic and expressive motion.
• Work on both keyframe animation and motion capture data to create high-quality animations.
• Develop and implement animation cycles (e.g., walk, run, idle) for characters.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator and Character Developer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character modeling, rigging, and animation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Experience with character rigging and skinning.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, motion, and physics as they apply to character animation.
• Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
