Job Description

Our client is leading Oil & Gas Services Company with an enviable track record in the industry and they are looking for an experienced lawyer to work within their Nigerian operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft and review of agreements
- Deal with legal disputes with contractual partners
- Deal with company compliance matters
- General support to the senior management team
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working as a lawyer within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Must be fully qualified
