Asst. Production In-Charge at IMS One World

Job Description:    

• Jobs Involve Mostly Handling Shift Incharge & Semi-Skilled Operators Of Various Facilities/ Equipments ,
• Maintaining Discipline While Not Having Any Adverse Impact & Maintaining Of Good Atmosphere Is Most Important.
• Ability To Train New Appointed Shift Incharges & Operators Of Various Proceesing Plant Equipments Within Facilities At Project Site
• Daily Co-Ordination With Shift Incharge / Operators/ Engineering Department To Avoid The Probability Of Plan Stoppage.
• Commisioning And Making a Plant As a Continuous Running Plant With Trained Shift Incharges & Operators
• Daily Monitory Of Processing Plant Equipments ( Mechanical , Motors & Instruments ) With Provided Parameters To Save The Engineering Equipments .
• Co-Ordination With Mine & Geology Team To Ensure Feed Grade And Required Ore Quantity For
• Achieving Daily /Month/Yearly Production Target
• Trouble Shooting Of Equipments Likejaw Crusher,Cone Crusher,Ballmill,Screw Classifier,Rt
• Hydro Cyclone,Filter ( Vaccumn,Pressure &Belt Press ),Thickener,Pumps ( Water & Slurry)
• Troubleshooting Of Quality Control Of Lead And Zinc Concentrate.
• Ensure The Thickener Overflow Water Should Be Clear & Water Should Not Be Turbid.
• Proficient In Cause - Effect Relation Of Various Reagents Used Through Familiarisation With It's Msds &
• Method Of Preparation And Disposal
• Ensure Production Of Salabality Of Concentrates .
• High Standard Of Safety By Following Proper Sop & Ensuring Relavent Work Permit
• System While Attending Any Job.
• Co-Ordination With Team & Planing Shutdown Activities For Every Month To Ensure Major Equipments/Accessosiries Replacement
• Ensure Availabilty & Oee Of Processing Plant More Than 95%
• Daily Consumption Of Reagents & Ball Charge ( Hi-Chrome Balls) According To The Throughput/Specification.
• Optimisation Of Processing Plant Cost Within Budget.
• Monitoring / Inventory Of Daily Production Of Lead & Zinc Concentrate ,
• Every Day Production Of Throughput & Concentrate Quantity Should Be Report To The Mine Head.
