Job Description
- The HR and Organizational Development Manager is expected to provide expert consultation, and direct administration of the human resource function of the firm;implement a strategic vision for the Leadership, and Management of the HR function.
- The ideal candidate must have expert experience in managing the rewards, compensation, recruitment, training, employee engagement organisational development and general administration unit.
- He/she will be responsible for institutional initiatives related to building a productive work environment and maintaining a balanced organizational culture within the firm.
